How does a by request order work?
For any piece of furniture that isn’t available directly on the e-shop, you can send us a request. Go on “design”, choose the piece of furniture you’re interested with, click on “request” and fill the contact form.
We will come back to you as soon as we can to inform you on the product.

All additional costs related to the rental of elevators, etc. will be charged to the customer and invoiced by the service provider in addition to the selling price and delivery charges.
These prices only regard the shipping and delivery service and do not include potential additional customs rights and taxes; as well as e_CO documents for the countries that need provenance certificate from Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Before placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that he/she can receive the ordered Products and in particular that they will fit freely in the room of his/her choice (especially stairs and doors), and that there are no other problems that could complicate the delivery or make it impossible.
No, the shipping is operated by DHL express; if if you aren’t available on the delivery day, the carrier will leave a delivery notice. You will then have to go on the indicated website and fill in your delivery notice number in order to schedule another delivery.

We accept all debit and credit card payments (Visa or MarsterCard) via Stripe, PayPal or Apple Pay in euros or GBP.
Yes, the payments are all secured, included via PayPal. We do not retain any bank details.
Taxes and customs fees
If your shipping address is in France, the VAT rate is of 20%. If the shipping address is in the UE (except for UK and other than France), the VAT applied is of the country of destination except if your firm has a intra-communal VAT number. If so, please send it to us so that we can make you a VAT exempted invoice.
Since July 2021, we have to charge our product VAT included of the delivery country if inside the UE.
For any shipping outside the UE zone, you can be charged complementary fees: we advise that you pay them quickly so that your order can be delivered.

It is possible to return a product bought on our website. The shipping fees will however be at your expense.
In order to avoid any inconvenience, we advise you to try our virtual reality tool (AR) in order to visualize the piece of furniture that you like in the space where you’d like to integrate it.
We give a special care to the treatment of all of our orders, however a mistake may happen. In that case, we recommend that you keep the original packaging and that you take some pictures you can send us at the following address: email@example.com
We will then send you a return label and take care of the shipping fees.
care and cleaning
Our fabrics are mainly composed with wool, that possessed a natural grease that protects the fiber and that is then more resistant. Our fabrics are for most of them appropriate to a daily use.
In case of a “dry” stain (shoe track, dust, etc.), we recommend to vacuum and brush the stained area.
In case of “wet” stain (felt pen, liquid, etc.), we recommend that you take contact with a dry cleaner or cleaning professional in order to find the proper product to clean the stain.
