Déclive n°5
One of the pieces designed as part of the ambitious modular residential project Pierre Paulin Program, created between in 1968 and 1972.
Model from the modular residential program "Pierre Paulin Program," created between 1968 and 1972. A few years after designing the original Déclive, conceived as an articulated and modular floor, Pierre Paulin imagined a new fixed-form version.
In this iteration, the seating bars become wider and more generous, designed for increased comfort. Available in a full alphabet of shapes, each Déclive becomes a letter in a spatial language, allowing for varied configurations adapted to different uses or architectural contexts.
This fixed version follows the same intuition: furniture conceived as an extension of the floor, asserting its presence in space as a sculptural seat.
Different colors available upon request. Outdoor version available.
